We are having a wonderful time with our grandparents.
It seems like every morning that we wake up, Papa has something new and exciting to show us.
A few days ago we caught a possum, raccoon and a huge turtle!
This morning..we added three additions to the family..here are some pics..
I am sure Shea has named them all...but she has been outside all morning, we decided to not even try to get her to come inside. ha :)
Yesterday was such a wonderful day. We woke up (well, slept in first!) I went running, then we got ready for the day. Grandma and I made lunch ( BBQ of course!) and then we decided we were going to try to find some bargains in Jackson. Shea didn't want to go, she never wants to go shopping (What is WRONG with her????) So we waited for papa to wake up from his nap, and grandma and I went on our way. We went to a few boutiques that are so expensive, but we like to look :)
Then we went to my favorite store ::: HOBBY LOBBY!
I am pretty sure I could spend an entire WEEK in that store. They have so many things to look at, so many good deals, ahh. I can't wait to decorate my entire house one day from that store :) especially because AZ is now the home of 4 Hobby Lobby's :)
Then we ventured to ROSS! (Another favorite!) I got some cute shirts!
We picked up some dinner and headed back into the woods.
After we ate dinner, Papa Nathan and I decided to go for a ride on the quad. He drove while I took pictures. We ended up being gone for over an hour! :)
We explored all over the country, saw 2 deer and decided where we want my future house to be built and where the pond would be :)
Dreaming is fun!
I have been thinking a lot lately about the Fear of the Lord. I love to think of the Lord as all powerful and mighty, and that He is holding me in His hands. But what I don't realize enough is that the FEAR of the Lord is so important. The Lord is full of grace and mercy, but He is also THE judge.
He is jealous for us, He wants our hearts, and He wants our reverence.
The older I get, the more I realize I don't know. I have heard people say that a lot, but I am finding out that it is so true. So I started a new thing in my prayer life. I started asking God to teach me. I obviously don't know everything, and my relationship with the Lord requires SO much grace and unconditional love towards me. So I have been asking the Lord to TEACH me how to FEAR HIM.
I cannot believe how much scripture refers to the Fear of the Lord. It is incredible.
Here is one that I read today::
"The Fear of the Lord leads to life, so that one may sleep satisfied, untouched by evil."
Proverbs 19:23
If that is not enough evidence that the Fear of the Lord is crucial, than I don't know what is.
I challenge you to FEAR the the Lord today.
Be blessed.
