I have been thinking and craving a good blog for days. Although this one probably won't be everything that I want it to be, at least I am getting something in :)
Well here is an update, for all of you that always text me asking me to blog an update on my life (wink!)
- I am absolutely loving this semester.
- I joined a small group led by Taylor and Brittany Niece, and I am soo excited for it. We are going through the book "Boundaries". Our kick off was last Wednesday, there are 17 people in the group, most of the people are CBU alum, which I happen to think is awesome, and they live in the most adorable little yellow house in the entire world.
- Last Tuesday night, Aubrey, Julie and myself successfully visited every male Focus leader at their apartment and TWIRPED them to a bonfire for next Wednesday. So basically every Focus leader gal is taking every Focus leader guy to Huntington. It is going to be a blast!
-Bedazzle Saurus Rex football is officially 2-0! We won our first game 12-0 and the team did not show up for our second game. I wish we could say we are 2-0 and earned every last bit of it, but none the less we are still undefeated :)
- Speaking of football, I spent the entire week limping around because of how SORE that game made me.
- London and Mitzy had their puppies, the day after dad left for Alaska (of course). So Trey and I are going HOME this weekend, yep- today, to see the puppies and also the GATHERING is on Sunday! I am excited to actually be attending :)
- My favorite class is Biblical Wisdom and Human Behavior.
- I am challenging myself to take on an eternal perspective, as much as humanly possible.
- I am also challenging myself to manage my time as BEST as possible.
