FINALS WEEK = WORST week of college EVER!!!!

So I have been feeling a little crummy the past few days. I sang all last weekend, and have been consumed with reading and studying because it is finals week. I spent yesterday feeling absolutely horrible!! We went to late night breakfast last night and had soooo much fun! But I was then tempted! They had snow in the lawn, and OFCOURSE I had to go play in it! I already was feeling so horrible but I just could not resist. It ended in a spectacular snow ball fight and over all just one FUN night!  I woke up this morning feeling awful :( So Kayla (being the amazing best friend that she is!) drug me against my will down to urgent care today. After sitting there for over an hour, the doctor finally came and ran a few tests. Only to find out that I have bronchitis and beginning stages of strep. He told me that if I didn't go in, I would have developed pneumonia. Ohhhh just dandy! Needless to say, I am definitely on medication now. I have two more finals tomorrow morning, a day of FOCUS stuff, roommate Christmas tomorrow night, PACK, then leave as early as possible on Friday morning. I am so bummed that I have to make that stupid drive alone, and sick. But I just have to keep my eye on the finish line, I shall be HOME FREE when it is all over :)

Since I had a long day of lying in bed, eating top ramen and having no energy what-so-ever, it was actually quite a pleasant day. Ashley and Kayla and I went to Barnes and Noble. I drank some hot apple cider and read my book while they looked through wedding magazines. It was very fun, to say the least! We came home and went to dinner and I literally thought I was going to FALL OVER. I had no strength at alllllll. We spent the rest of the evening watching TLC, eating popcorn, laughing, and enjoying eachothers company. We got a surprise visit from Mr. Stovall himself :) complete with an apartment gift of Oh SO YUMMY goodies, and I got some NEW NIKES :) whew whew! yes, be jealous :) They even have PINK on them !!!!

I have been overwhelmed these past few weeks with the blessing of friendships. I definitely have amazing spectacular absolutely wonderful friends and family. I cannot thank the Lord enough for each and every one of them. 

Well, I shall get back to bed. I have Comm and Bio finals just waiting for me in a few hours.
